Changing and Cancelling

Yet to have paid or submitted artwork

We understand that sometimes you need to change your order once you’ve placed it. If you’ve not yet paid for your order or have yet to have submitted your artwork, you can still change your order specifications. The best way to do this is to contact us, and we’d be happy to help.


Please keep in mind that any changes to your order can cause the expected delivery date to change, and may result in extra charges.


Paid and submitted artwork

If your order has been paid for and sent to production, it is no longer possible to change your order specifications or artwork.

Of course we don’t want you to cancel your order. If there’s anything we can do to help you avoid the need for cancelling, be sure to let us know by contacting us.


Cancellations

It is possible to cancel a paid order if the artwork has not been submitted and your order has not gone into production. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible so we are able to cancel the order for you.


At this stage, you can request a refund or a credit note against your account with us. Just let the team know what you would prefer, and we will advise accordingly.
