What happens if I’ve accidentally overpaid?
We all make mistakes from time to time. If you believe you have made an overpayment against an invoice, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We will ask you to provide proof of your payment and compare this to the invoice issued against your account. We will review your case and be back in touch as soon as possible.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible - this can take up to 5 working days. It will be refunded back into the account you used to pay, which we will need you to provide the details of (account number, sort code, name etc.). If your refund hasn’t been returned to your account after 5 working days of receiving a refund slip, just let us know, and we’d be happy to sort it out for you.
Credit notes
Alternatively, we can issue a credit note against your account (this can also be added online). This can be a beneficial option if you are regularly ordering print. It is available within hours.
