When will my complaint be resolved?

We would like to let you know that we aim to respond to your complaint within 24 hours. Please remember that the more information and images you can provide, the faster we can resolve your complaint and find a solution that works for you!

Complaint images

We know how important it is that your order arrives as you expected. Help us to help you by providing the right information and images.

If your order appears damaged, send us images that clearly show the damage, along with your explanation. If your artwork is a different colour from what you were expecting, send us some images in natural light to show us!

We cannot validate a complaint unless we have these images and/or videos to support it.

When we have this information, our customer service team will inspect the evidence carefully, and we shall proceed from there.
