Why have I received a payment reminder?

If you placed an order with us and request to pay via invoice, you may have received a reminder. How did this happen?


From the moment the invoice is raised, you have 1 day to make payment (unless you are a customer with a Net15 or Net30 agreement). Our system will send out automatic reminders if your invoice has not been paid in time.


It's important to make payment on time; if not, there is a chance that additional costs will be added according to our terms and conditions. It's also important so that your order's production is not delayed.


If you have already paid for your order, please contact us and provide proof of payment. We will then be able to give you more advice.
